When ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

When placing an order through our site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Once you place an order you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase a product; the contract between us will only be formed when we send you an email confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

The contract will relate only to those products that have been dispatched and detailed within the dispatch email. From time to time, we may need to dispatch items in more than one package/delivery; any items that are dispatched separately will be confirmed in an email at the time of dispatch.

Products purchased will only pass to the ownership of you once full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, are received.

Pricing

All prices for both products and delivery charges, are as they appear on our website. Product prices and delivery charges are subject to change at any time; however, any changes will not affect any orders which have been dispatched and an email dispatch confirmation sent.

Ordering any products for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which you will be responsible for payment of. We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK, however please contact us at shop@greeninteriorsstorrington.co.uk to discuss any specific requirements.

Product Description / Detail

Descriptions of the products on our website are to the best of our knowledge and belief, accurate. The appearance, patterns, print sizes, batches and colours of products may vary slightly from the way that they appear on the screen. In the event there is an error or omission, we will do our best to correct these as soon as possible. Images and designs used on our website are used by us and with authorisation from copyright owners or their agents.

Your Consumer Rights

As a consumer you have a right to cancel a contract at any time within fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you received the products. To cancel you will need to inform us in writing by email at shop@greeninteriorsstorrington.co.uk. In the event you need to return a product you must do so immediately after contacting us and return to us in the same condition and packaging to which you received it. Returns are at your own risk and cost. You are legally obliged to take all reasonable care of any products that are in your possession that you are looking to return; failure to comply with this obligation may result in us taking action against you for compensation.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if we have been notified in writing at shop@greeninteriorsstorrington.co.uk. Any returns must be approved by us and meet our requirements, namely:

1. If you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 14-day cooling-off period (see Consumer Rights). Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and/or upon receipt of any returned items. We will refund the price of the product in full.

2. In the event you find the product an unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, defective or not as described, we will require the product to be returned to us, in the original packaging, whereby upon receipt it will be examined, and a refund assessed. Following our examination, we will notify you of your refund via e-mail. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible following receipt of the product and examination. Refunds will be paid using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

3. Any claims for damage must be made, in writing to shop@greeninteriorsstorrington.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of products. Damaged packaging and product(s) should be photographed and emailed at the time of notification and retained in the event of a requirement for inspection. Damaged products must be retained until confirmed by us following written notification which will be sent via email.

4. In the event of non-delivery, a claim must be made, in writing to shop@greeninteriorsstorrington.co.uk within 14 days of despatch.

5. Returned products that are lost in transit will not be considered for a refund unless proof of posting is supplied and verified.

6. Any purchases that are made for business are excluded from the return policy; unless goods/products are faulty or damaged no such goods/products will be accepted for return.

Liability and Negligence

If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions (subject to negligence, etc), we shall only be liable to you for the price of the products purchased; we will not be liable for any losses that result from our failure to comply with these terms and conditions in the event of loss of income, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of savings or loss of data.

Nothing within this agreement excludes or limits our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, defective products under the Consumer Protection Act, breach of obligations implied under the Sales of Goods Act (section 12), or any other matter that would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude any liability.

Written Communication

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic via email. Under the terms of this agreement you consent to this electronic means of communication and confirm and acknowledge that any communications that we provide to you comply with any such legal requirements that communications sent will be in writing.

Changes to this Agreement

From time to time, we may wish to revise and amend these terms and conditions; we have a right to do so. Any amendments will reflect changes in market conditions which may affect our business, changes in payment methods, changes in any relevant laws, and changes in any technology.

Unless any change to these terms and conditions is required to be made by law you will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you place an order for products from us. You will also be subject to the policies and terms and conditions if we notify you of any change to those policies or these terms and conditions before a dispatch confirmation is sent. Unless notified by you, within fourteen working days of receipt of the purchased product, we have the right to assume the change to the terms and conditions has been accepted.
